Pastor Horacio Quiroga was born in Argentina and moved to Chicago at the age of 15, where he grew up and discovered his passion for ministry. Following God’s call, he later returned to Argentina to pursue theological studies, graduating with honors from Universidad Adventista del Plata.
Since beginning his pastoral ministry in 2010, Pastoral Quiroga has served the Seventh-Day Adventist Church with a passion for preaching the gospel, nurturing spiritual growth, and building up the church family. He finds great joy in walking alongside people in their faith journey and witnessing the transforming power of Christ in their lives.
One of his favorite Bible verses is Jeremiah 18:6: “Like clay in the hand of the potter, so are you in My Hand.” This verse serves as a reminder of God’s grace and His purpose in shaping each life.
He also believes deeply that “true leadership is service.” As leadership author John C. Maxwell has written: “A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.”
Pastor Quiroga’s ministerial goal for Shiloh is to help strengthen the church family by fostering deeper discipleship, encouraging active involvement in ministry, and building bridges to our community so that together we can reflect the love of Christ.
“I thank God for leading me here and for the opportunity to serve alongside the Shiloh family.”
